About Chaos Theory Theatre

Chaos Theory Theatre Company was founded in Kingston in 2007 in order to allow theatre artists to take responsibility for their ecological impact while applying their craft.  Chaos Theory is committed to providing exciting opportunities to integrate other disciplines into theatre.  Named after the theory that includes the infamous butterfly effect, we strive to expand the impact of our shows by involving ideas explored in other disciplines.  All Chaos Theory productions are based on two foundational goals: environmental sustainability and interdisciplinary discourse.  We are dedicated to coming up with creative solutions to the waste created by theatre while maintaining a high production quality.
